Jascar Organise Transport For Annual Conference In Spain
As part of a longstanding association with exhibition and conference organiser Informa, Jascar have been contracted to transport their ancillaries and marketing materials to their event at the CCIB Barcelona this month.
Over 1000 visitors are expected to attend the event with necessary printing equipment, banners, brochures and delegate packs needed to be in place and prepared for the show opening. The consignment required 2 site pick up one in Central London and one in Kent for the array of equipment weighing approximately 800kg with original specification for printers changed for larger and heavier units of which was accommodated. The long wheel base van then travelled the 950 mile journey to Barcelona with delivery completed to the CCIB site 20 hours after pick up.
Jascar will be in place for set down to reload for return trip to be delivered back to London premises the following day.
